"Such a fantastic spot for Filipino fusion! I absolutely loved their version of chicken inasal, perfectly grilled and full of flavor. The boneless pata kare-kare was another standout, rich, hearty, and so satisfying. The flavors are unique, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a must visit if you want a fresh take on classic Filipino dishes!"

"It was good that we arrived after the peak lunch hour on a Sunday. We’ve been craving for Tres food for a long time already. We just find it a bit inconvenient to go to SM City North, but it was well worth the trip today. Everything still is consistently good - the food, the service, the atmosphere. They never disappoint. I don’t use the word often but they are … excellent! Many thanks to Lea, the dining supervisor, and the whole crew. You make us proud Pinoys - the food and the hospitality is topnotch!"

"Filipino food with a twist, it was a twist in a very good way. TRES has become damous because of their Volcanic Kare-Kare, and the hype was real. The Kare-Kare is a must. Hopefully, you do not have any allergies to peanuts. Otherwise, you will miss a lot! The meat is prepared excellently, soft, juicy, and the skin is soooo crunchy. The Pinakbet, Pancit, and all other food that we ate are just simply exceptional. You should try this place, it was worth it, and the staff are very friendly too. The only thing was the ambiance, it can be improved but doesn't affect the taste of the food."

"It’s a 10-10-10 across the board!! We went here to celebrate my partner’s birthday and we weren’t disappointed with the food. I’ve always wanted to try their Kare-Kare but since my companion is less of a fan of pork dishes compared to me, we opted instead for their Ginataang Inasal na Manok which was surprisingly mouthwatering (AND BONELESS!). Imagine that explosion of flavors of the coconut, squash and grilled chicken in your mouth. So balanced yet so delicious. As a lumpia shanghai fan, their shanghais are top tier also. More of the meat, less of the wrapper. It was presented in a gorgeous plate. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes (esp that Kare-Kare huhu)"

"Filipino comfort food with a creative twist! I expected it to feel different, but the twist actually elevated the dish while keeping that familiar warmth we love. Honestly thought I’d be disappointed since the place doesn’t usually look busy, but I’m glad we gave it a try. The service crew were fantastic, and even with our group of nine, the serving time was very reasonable."

"Found a new favorite Filipino restaurant! Volcanic kare-kare came with perfectly crispy skin and tender meat, while the Bulaklak nang sisig was bursting with juice and flavour beneath its deep fried exterior."

"We came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and it turned out to be such a great choice. The staff were all super accommodating and attentive. The place itself is beautiful very Filipino-inspired, which made the vibe feel warm and special. Even though it was peak hour when we dined, the food still came out pretty fast. We ordered the Volcano Kare-Kare and wow, the aroma when they cut it open was amazing. The Chicken Tanglad was really juicy and flavorful. But my personal favorite? The Lumpiang Shanghai! It was packed with filling super siksik and satisfying. Honestly, I could probably order just that every time and still leave happy and full. Shoutout as well to the supervisor (or manager) in white you can really tell they know how to take care of their guests and make the whole dining experience even better. Definitely a place worth coming back to."

"There is a lot of choices whenever you are in a Mall, especially if you are in SM North Edsa. Yet this restaurant stands out. First, the service is great, servers would accommodate you immediately even in peak hours. Second, the ambiance has this traditional home vibe. And lastly, the foods have insanely delicious twist. We had their Inihaw na Hito Kabilayaki and Chicken Kare-Kare on stick. Definitely worth the try. I recommend to try this place, you won’t be disappointed."
